“Dinner Is a Future Me Problem"

$735.00
sold out

Original Art

9” x 16”

Oil on canvas board presented in vintage Mesoamerican carved wood frame

2026

Artist’s Reflection:

““Dinner Is a Future Me Problem” isn't really about procrastination. It's about giving yourself permission to exist without anticipating the next thing someone will need from you.

Women carry so much invisible labour. The remembering, the planning, the anticipating, the constant mental inventory of everyone else's needs.

And sometimes being unbothered isn't about not caring. It's about caring deeply while refusing to let tomorrow steal this moment.”

An original piece of art adds an eye-catching accent, some color, a bit of texture and whole lot of interest to a gallery wall, niche, or corner of your home.

This original painting is sealed with a protective matte varnish and presented in a bespoke vintage frame ready to hang.

Please note: this painting is still wet and won’t ship with this regular mid-month shipment. It will go out in December once fully dry.
