Artist’s Reflection:

“Do you remember that book, ‘Where the Wild Things Are’ in which Max becomes the leader of all the beasts and wants everyone to be happy but eventually finds it’s not all it’s cracked up to be and returns home. Well, I’m not sure what happened to good ol’ Max, but I know that personally I forgot my wild side too much. I got caught up in “shoulds” and “musts” and other sad miserabilities like paying bills and doing laundry. Until recently, in which I started to focus on re-wilding. Dancing in the rain, and getting my bare feet in the dirt and howling at the moon and I have to say, I can’t recommend it enough”
